To design an architectural working space is like designing an ambience
that motivates you to break boundaries of imagination and delve into an
ocean of creativity. The motivation behind designing this space was to
turn an idea into reality.
The biggest challenge with this project was the space being a limiting
factor. The task was to create an engaging ambience within the given
space.
Just before entering the space,we acknowledge a worksplate with the
title luminaire on glossy black panel. The studio has been
semi-partitioned using a translucent glass as we enter the area. The glass
acts as a curtain signifying privacy.A tan colored sofa placed on the
extreme right entrance welcomes with a coffee vibe. The wooden desk
with trilateral legs and a natural green stone top provides an official yet
flexible vibe to the creative space.Just behind the desk is placed a
naturally-symbolized raw wooden support for placing accessories. This
adds a teaky texture to the studio.
The walls have been painted light plain to provide extra illumination
through natural reflection. The color pallets have been picked up keeping
the surrounding context in focus so as to create a synchronization
between the interior & exterior environment. The glass window acts as
an eye to the world.
The entrance facing extreme ends have been designed to efficiently use
the space. Thus, the space has been segregated into
pantry-attached-to-washroom and a mini material library to keep
catalogues.A refurbished wooden slider door has been used to
sustainably segregate the main working space. The front facing wall is
beautifully designed with a vibrant colored meditating painting to charm
the overall vibe of the studio
